Excellent communication, comfortable and quiet.

Liked: The room was simple but clean and comfortable. It was Duncan who was running the Westby that made it a great stay. Excellent communication prior to and during our stay and a lovely person. Also great to have a fan in the room!
Disliked: Would have liked some shelf space in the bathroom for our toiletries and more places to hang towels.

Staff is very good but...

Liked: It is clean.The staff is good and helpful.Location is good.The nearby beach (a 15-minute walk) is also good.
Disliked: The room's ceiling was so close to my head that, banged myself many times. Have to bend and walk.No toiletries, missing very basic things in the bathroom.Have to bend to enter the top floor as well.Not the place for me.
