Liked: Duncan was more than helpful, even let me check 3 hours early, great service. Choice of full English or continental breakfast. Generous sized room. Would be happy to stay here again.
Disliked: Not really a didn't like, but would have preferred somewhere more safe to park my motorbike. It was off street, so that's positive.

Liked: Accommodation and hospitality were great for the price and breakfast was good.
Disliked: Stairs, but I knew they were there. Unfortunate we were on the second floor. Not a complaint, just observation of the property.

Liked: We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, Duncan was incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful—he honestly couldn’t do enough to make sure everything was just perfect for us. His warm welcome made us feel right at home straight away.The room itself was spotless, airy, and bright, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear a lot of care goes into keeping the place so clean and inviting.Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience, and we left feeling completely relaxed and well looked after. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend staying here!
Disliked: It's not the closest hotel to the beach but was close to where we needed to get to.

Liked: I absolutely loved my stay at The Westby! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Breakfast was exceptional – whether you choose continental or a full English, everything is fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Duncan takes care of absolutely everything and makes sure every detail is just right. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back!
