Overall very good

Liked: Location it’s perfect. Nice hotel. Clean stuff extra rude.
Disliked: They do not have a microwave in the rooms. That make it very hard with a baby

Disliked: No breakfast & no compensation despite being promised $8 each a day, which wasn’t enough anyway Lifts often out of action Shampoo & soap often not topped up - had to request more twice

Disliked: At first I booked room with breakfast but the hotel change the owner and not provide the breakfast. Hotel staff tell me that they will do refund when I check out, but on the checkout date I ask the staff again she said I need to contact booking.com by myself and ask for the refund. I called booking.com support after I checkout they check the information and hold the line for an hour, then booking.com customer support told me that they can’t contact the hotel but don’t worry if booking.com can’t contact hotel for 24hours they put the refund money in my booking.com wallet, I wait for 24hours then the refund money from booking.com show in my walletThe second thing that I don’t like is I booked this hotel in June 2023 and stay in April 2024 this hotel charge me right away after I booked they collect the my money 10 months before my stay.The third thing that I don’t like is when I send message to hotel they don’t reply me I need to resend many time to ask some information.
