You have to see for...
Liked: The rooms was clean.
Disliked: The Fridge was broke. Outside the hallways was dirty. And it was some smell kept lingering around. The elevators was not working. We had to use the staff elevator. The wait for the elevator was terrible. You had to wait at least a hour and more just to get on. Worse experience ever. I spoils never go back in my opinion. I

Fix the elevators
Liked: - The staff were helpful and apologetic about the elevators not working - good location
Disliked: The elevators, it is just ridiculous I had to wait 25 minutes just to get into the elevator The hotel has so much potential but is being failed by the owner

Not worthy the money!
Liked: The location was amazing
Disliked: Firstly, We booked a room with city view and paid extra for it to be given a room looking at the back of the building. Secondly, the lifts are broken and there was no attempt to fix it. There’s only one working from entrance to lobby and in the lobby none of the lifts are working to go up to the room floors, we were instructed to use the service lifts which meant that you would be waiting 15-30 mins to go up/down as only 1 worked. Thirdly, the room was old and not clean. Some parts were breaking and coming off (held together with duct tape). Only shampoo provided and no other toiletries were given. The bedsheets we had had holes in them and somewhat stained! Just unacceptable!

It was a horrible stay.
Liked: I only liked the location of the hotel.
Disliked: The place didn’t have basic kettle service and when I asked I was told that ‘we don’t cater for special needs’. The website has misleading information that they are offering free breakfast when this isn’t true. They told me they offered a bed and they should be enough. The hotel wasn’t even changing towels so when I asked I was told by the staff they only had 4 towels for the whole floor. I had asked for body wash to be sent to the room in the morning and upon returning to the hotel at night it wasn’t still there so, had to go to the customer service floor to get it. The cherry on the cake and above all there was only one elevator working that was the service elevator also used by the staff. The guest were waiting for atleast 15 minutes to go to the street level. My experience was horrible and it made me realise that booking.com will promote anyone for money. I will never book a trip through you guys. I paid a lot for one night and when asked to be reimbursed for atleast couple of nights. The hotel management person Gary proposed to provide a hotel credit for 2 nights. I mean what was the point. I have no plans to go back and also when I conveyed this I never heard back from Gary.

I was given keys to...
Liked: Great area, very spacious rooms, beds were very comfy. There was a large desk area to work. Despite the issues it was reasonably priced
Disliked: The staff gave me the keys to an occupied room on check-in. I was staying on the 21st floor and the windows opened enough for a small child to fall out. There wasn't a bar of soap in the bathrooms. The lifts meant me using the stairs. Not ideal
