Very good experience at this...

Liked: Excellent location for 9/11 Memorial Museum and Liberty Park, our main reason for visit,Extremely comfortable bed,Good-sized room,
Disliked: View from window - building works.

Liked: This was a great hotel in an awesome location...close to subway stations, Wall St, the 9/11 memorial.The rooms were clean, warm, spacious and comfortable.The staff were friendly and helpful I would happily stay here again and would recommend it as a good value hotel in New York City

Amazing!

Liked: Room was wide and bed was very comfortable. Huge window with the view to WTC. The hotel is located In walking distance to Oculus, 9/11 memorial, many metro stations around, ferry, coffee places and restaurants, close to Brooklyn Bridge.
Disliked: I have nothing to complain. There was no breakfast in the hotel, but plenty of places nearby to enjoy different breakfast everyday.

Quiet hotel, staff was accommodating...

Liked: Location was excellent for the lower Manhattan area. Hotel is right across the street from the Freedom Tower. A lot to see in this area. Good places to eat and subway not far from the hotel.
Disliked: The view was a little strange with being on the 12th floor and view of peoples apartment windows. Although we only encountered that in the evening, but not a lot to see out of the hotel during the day with tall buildings all around.

Liked: In general the room was okay, good view, big bed and big bathroom.
Disliked: The room was badly kept, there were stains and dents on the walls, the curtains were ruined. Considering the price and the reviews, we didn't expect this. Also, to leave the suitcases after check out you have to pay two dollars per suitcase, and at the check-in they ask for a security deposit.

Liked: The location was excellent, staff were nice and baggage service was great.
Disliked: The room was dirty and the bathroom lock did not work.
