Great location , friendly staff.

Liked: Sharon was excellant , very helpful and accomodating.
Disliked: Stairs to room and no air con , was very warm in room.

Liked: Loved the decor throughout. The room was excellent. The bar staff were very friendly and professional
Disliked: The hotel kitchen is currently closed, therefore not serving food due to refurbishment. This was not an issue but a shame this wasn't made clear upon booking

Liked: Lovely place to stay. Nicely decorated, friendly welcoming staff. Location nice and quiet, felt safe in the area, and it was easy to get to city centre.

Great location for a short...

Liked: A very warm welcome from Sharon, The room was spacious with plenty of room for luggage and clothes. A comfortable bed. And large bathroom. A fan provided during the hot weather.Easy to get in and out of the city centre.
Disliked: The other staff were miserable and unhelpful.A breakfast table on the landing was great but not refreshed at all during our stay, for example 2 croissants remained there for 3 days and 1 apple. The shower head needed some attention. All outside tables were smoking so no where to escape the smokers.
