Staff great; design trying too...

Liked: All the staff were very attentive and helpful; nothing was too much trouble.
Disliked: The design has favoured style over practicality (and there is nothing the staff can do about that).So for example, because there is no overflow on the basin, it doesn't allow you to seal the plughole; if you wash your face with water or "wet shave" then it means running the tap continuously which is both awkward and environmentally unfriendly. It is also very dark so we genuinely could not see whether you should inset the keycard or hold it against the door (it's the second one); in the room the light was not good enough for reading unless you have a backlit ereader.
