Liked: Amazing location for access to Ferry, Train, and buses around island (and IOW festival)Nice compact clean room, friendly staff.
Disliked: No complimentary shampoo/shower gel (although explained by staff)

Disliked: Many things.1. The room was a double bed room. But the bed size was just for one. Very uncomfortable for two people to sleep.2. The bathroom did not have body wash and the unit was missing.3. Water bottles missing. We requested many times to have it.4. The main ceiling bulb was not working. There was one side table lamp with which we adjusted.5. U will not find any staff member as part of the hotel to be of immediate assistance 6. U will have to go to the bar reception for any information and help.7. And their priority is more on the bar and not the people staying in the hotel.8. Except for the.location which is excellent I would not come back here for any reason.Avoid if u have a better option.

It's a shame but it...

Liked: The hotel is very clean and the location is excellent - right in front of the pier. Also, there's a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a lounge.
Disliked: The hotel is on top of a pub and the music would not stop until very late. We were lucky to stay at the top floor and still the music was too loud.On top of that, we were woken up at 6am because of a fire alarm, it was a false alarm and the staff did not know what to do to stop it, meanwhile all the guests of the hotel, including a baby, ended up in the street for over 30 minutes until one of the guests managed to sort it out. No apologies from the management followed.Unfortunately, I left with a feeling that it is a very insecure and mismanaged place to stay and I would not recommend it in spite of the great location and cleanliness.
