Superb

Liked: Fantastic location, good size room and shower. Overall most enjoyable.
Disliked: Pillows were a bit flat, more tea coffee and milk needed.. bit that's just a little thing.

Brilliant stay, would definitely stay...

Liked: Great central location, clean room and option for room service. Good facilities in the room. Easy check in and out. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Lovely sea view too.

Convenient but offline stay

Liked: Close to Ryde transport links and town centre. Excellent view from room including of hovercraft!
Disliked: NO INTERNET OR WIFI AVAILABLE, despite being advertised as fully available. Staff said it was available in room but the network could not be found when in the room.This is a huge downside and made things very inconvenient, particularly given how unreliable mobile internet on the island is. Bed small and not very comfortable. No soundproofing. Noise still coming from downstairs at 4am on Friday night....

Convenient clean and tidy. Supports...

Liked: Very easy to find, directly opposite the hoverport. Clean and tidy. Bed quite small but comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities and bottles of water available in the room. Great view straight across to Portsmouth.
Disliked: Shower screen was a bit wobbly, I was worried it would fall, but otherwise all good. A bit noisy in the evening as my room was directly above the outdoor drinking space.

amazing location and cute little...

Liked: Great spot just opposite the Ryde hovercraft, with amazing views. the room was small but had everything we needed. Parking was not easy and the description said there was parking, so that was the only disappointment. Otherwise, brilliant place and will stay again.
Disliked: The parking on a friday night was difficult. Also you can hear the music from the pub below until late.

Recommended!

Liked: The room was excellent—well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable. I booked the double bed with a sea view, and it was definitely worth it. The beds were cozy, and having a fan was a big plus, especially during the summer.
Disliked: The only thing I’d suggest improving is the Wi-Fi, as it doesn’t work properly on the top floor.
