Liked: The localisation : easy access to the beach, for shopping,
Disliked: It was not clean, the security was awful (someone entered my room with his card !), strangers at the swimming pool,

Liked: At convention center Miami Beach... Staff was present attentive and efficient at 1am to check me in
Disliked: No place to charge devices had to locate towels bunk beds have sharp corners and hard surfaces for those who bruise easy...no place to sit in the room no place to put down personells or toiletries No desk hard to operate thermostat

Liked: The overnight manager was amazing and very helpful. I had been traveling with kids all night. I really needed a place to stay he found me an accommodation that was spacious and in the corner so it was very quiet I was able to rest easy.

Liked: The location
Disliked: There was no where to hang clothes (no closet), no bathtub stopper (bath tub unusable), no coffee machine in room, and no towels in room upon arrival. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken for 2 days which meant we had to leave the hotel for it.

Disliked: Bathroom sink hot water faucet did not work. No wash clothes available. Even at front desk. No hand towels unless you ask at front desk. No place to hang clothes. No place to open suitcase to get things out.

Liked: Nothing was positive or good.
Disliked: The day before our scheduled check-in we looked at recent reviews which consistently reported terrible/dirty conditions. We tried to call to cancel many times but nobody answered. We never checked in or stayed at this dirty hotel. We deserve a refund.

Disliked: It is not really a hotel. It was more like a halve way house We arrived at eleven in the morning. They told us the room was not ready yet so we waited over 4 hours and still wasn't Ready. It does not take 4 hours to clean a room. Staff was rude and no h
