Disliked: We arrived after a long journey to find the unicorn was closed we was not informed about anything totally disgusting

Superb

Liked: Great Welcome from staff, good location. Well presented Ted room and private bathroom
Disliked: Carpets could do with attention but they had work going on so this is probably a factor

Night from hell

Liked: Nothing at all.
Disliked: Very dirty. Dj on till 1am. Our bedroom right over the top. Our bathroom was over the hallway and someone had left us a present in the toilet. Tray with our tea and coffee on was disgusting. Bedding was clean or I wouldn't have stayed. Left 6 am.

Very welcoming, would stay again!

Liked: Nice pub/ room to stay. Wouldn’t recommend if you don’t like loud music as they have a DJ on a Friday & Saturday night. The staff are nice and friendly and they DO warn you about the music! Would stay there again though, beds are well comfy! Decent size beer garden too.
Disliked: The only think I didn’t like was the bathroom was outside your room, though you have a key to lock it so nobody can use it!

Liked: Very clean,comfortable and in an ideal location for my trip.Clarissa was a great host.
Disliked: Nothing great weekend three.

Superb

A great little hotel good...

Liked: It is a great little place in a historic town. We didn’t have breakfast but there was coffee and tea near the kettle. The location is great, it is above the bar and the town is around the corner. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. It was convenient to walk to the venue we had our Christmas event at and the manager advised us how to get in if we came back late when the bar shuts.
Disliked: I think they should do food but have no bad points about the hotel.
