Swanky design; perfect location. Overall great hotel choice. No regrets.
Disliked: One elevator was down so it took forever to get up or down.

Liked: Place was clean, staff was friendly, bed was super comfortable.
Disliked: Room was small but it?s NYC so I guess that?s to be expected. What we really didn?t like was the bathroom. There wasn?t even a door on the shower so every time we would shower the bathroom would be soaked.

Liked: We travelled here on a business trip and the hotel exceeded our expectations! The hotel is ultra modern and was perfect for us! We initially only booked for 3 nights, however, we ended up loving it so much we increased our stay for an additional 5 nights! Doorman regularly at the hotel entrance and needed a keycard to use the lift - therefore we felt very safe within the hotel. CVS is just a stones throw away which was very convenient for us to pick up snacks and drinks. We also spotted Pamela Anderson directly opposite the hotel multiple times as she was performing in broadway which was quite exciting. Room was lovely and clean and had a clever "do not disturb" and "make up room" button which light up outside - therefore you don't need to have the room cleaned if you are looking for a bit of a sleep in! Beyond surprised was an understatement when we discovered that the TV was built into the large circle mirror in the room!
Disliked: Minor criticism - the air conditioning unit in my room seemed to be slightly on it's way out. When on full power it would make the room a perfect temperature, however, every 15 mins or so, it would start making a loud clicking noise which lasted around a minute, therefore I couldn't leave it on full power during the night.

Liked: Beautiful stylish and spacious rooms. It's quite loud, but like everywhere else. I cannot say a bad word about room and cleanliness. Everything was appropriate.
Disliked: Breakfast - disaster. We went once and the next morning we went to nearby restaurants, even though we had paid for breakfast at the hotel.Elevators - you can order an elevator and return to your room for a 15-minute nap ;)Tea / Coffee - Would you like to make yourself a cup of tea? Forget about it. There is no kettle in the room, neither in the lobby, so they recommend going to the nearby Starbucks for hot water, and hotel will give you a tea bag for free ;D
