Swanky design; perfect location. Overall great hotel choice. No regrets.
Disliked: One elevator was down so it took forever to get up or down.

Liked: - the great location
- The comfort of the bed
- the staff was very nice
Disliked: - There is a lot of noise in the room . no soundproofing, so unless you are using earplug you will hear each person going in and out of his room , each person talking, and also the neighboor watching TV. - Space in the room also for a Deluxe room is quite small and no place to tide up the clothes!!!

Liked: The location is excellent for theatre-goers. The room (a nicely-designed superior king on an upper floor) was well-sized, with two armchairs next to the window: our two suitcases could be conveniently set without reducing significantly the available space. The bed was excellent, and so were the beddings!
Disliked: Unfortunately, the bathroom was a bit small, with the WC uncomfortably squeezed between the basin and the shower, a few cms more would help. The shower box (ok-sized) was designed without a door (to facilitate the cleaning process, we guess), splashing was unavoidable but generally reduced to a minimum. It is unfortunate that the price had to include the breakfast: the buffet breakfast was ok (yogurt, cereals, bread and pastries), however plenty of other and more varied options in brighter settings are obviously available in the area. The restaurant is likely to be an excellent gathering place in the evening, but exceedingly dark to our taste for breakfast. It is a matter of taste, though!

Liked: Breakfast buffet is really really simple. Never saw a breakfast buffet contain no eggs and bacon.

Liked: The hotel was really modern, very clean and designed beautifully. Beds were comfy, waterfall shower was amazing and the free shower accessories left in the bathroom were lovely. The doorman Josh was an absolute delight, he was so welcoming, took our suitcases upstairs and then gave us a tour of the room. He couldn?t do enough for us. We got engaged whilst we were over there and Josh asked the receptionist if we could have a bottle sent to our room which was a nice touch.Another doorman, I think his name was possibly Miguel, was also so lovely, he showed us where to go in terms of getting the underground. Personally, I think it seemed that the doormen made the hotel and they were a lot more welcoming than the staff behind reception. Overall a fab hotel and we would recommend it.
Disliked: There was some slight confusion over paying when we arrived which wasn?t the best start to the holiday. We took cash to pay for the hotel when we arrived so we changed the money over to dollars back in England and took it with us. When we arrived they said that we could only pay on card which was very worrying as our holiday money was now in cash! They let it go and said we could pay in cash but we would have to secure the booking with a credit card - thankfully we had brought them with us. It made us feel like we had done something wrong although nothing had been mentioned when booking. Just something to be careful about when you arrive/when you?re sorting out money. Another odd thing was that when you book then include a £19 fee for the facilities. Apparently we booked so far in advance that we only paid £9 before the price had been increased so we weren?t allowed to use all of the extras that you would usually get. We thought that was a bit harsh considering it wasn?t our fault and it seemed a little like they were getting every last dollar out of you before you left - not the best vibe.

Liked: Extremely courteous, hospitable staff.Resort fee covered daily continental breakfast and wine/cheese reception
Disliked: Could not control room thermostat, on lowest setting, temp was in the 80's, necessitating opening of windows. There are no towel racks or hooks, other than one small hook on back of bathroom door. The alarm clock kept going off, even though we never set it--finally disconnected unit from wall.
