Swanky design; perfect location. Overall great hotel choice. No regrets.

Disliked: One elevator was down so it took forever to get up or down.

Highly recommend. Unbeatable location near...

Liked: Fantastic location, generous sized room for NYC, renovated with plenty of storage space. Clean and functional bathroom with plenty of towels replaced daily. Daily wine and cheese was a lovely bonus. The room's air conditioning in the heat of summer worked very well. The Food Emporium across the road makes it easy to feed the family. The gym is usable (although hot) and complimentary passes at the nearby TMPL Gym with a lap pool is fantastic. Highly recommend.
Disliked: Noisy construction works next door including jack hammering that started at 11pm until 3am for a couple of nights - bring earplugs.

Incredible! We cannot wait to...

Liked: The location, service and everything was super up to par and worth every penny.
Disliked: Unfortunately the wifi was pretty horrible in our room however that was completely minor and did not affect our stay at all.

$600 for a room for...

Liked: Styling, forever function. Looked nice but that’s where it ends.
Disliked: Staff1 minimally helpful. Restaurant- never tested as it closed early so we were unable to eat. Rooms- tiny and dark. Location- unbelievably loud, forget sleeping. Comfort- tiny beds for 4 adults, never in a million years. Value for money- forget it, there is none.

Doesn’t worth it’s money

Liked: The only great thing here is that it’s 1 minute from time square.
Disliked: Really bad service, bad cleaning, noisy air condition, bad smell inside the rooms, the bathroom was untidy and many broken peaces on plumbing, not enough light inside the room. Safe box didn’t work properly. I won’t recommend to anyone.

Great stay in Time Hotel

Liked: We found this hotel was close to all the main attractions, and it was easy to get around. The staff were just great and welcoming and happy to do anything to help us. Dee was exceptional as was Jonathon and Eric. Amandao on the bar could not do more to please, great guy.
