Love the history of the...
Liked: The breakfast was delicious and filling - we didn't have to eat for awhile and that was great as we were exploring the town. The staff was very friendly and the nice woman who waited on us gave us a lot of information about the town. The house was gorgeous and we had a very spacious suite. Loved the whole experience and wished we could have stayed longer.
Disliked: There was a bit of a mixup on the date we were coming - I had to call and change the date to a day earlier because my friend couldn't get off work and I guess they forgot to note it. When we arrived, there was no one at the house. I called and someone did arrive within the hour - we had lunch while we were waiting. The manager was apologetic and it didn't negatively affect our stay at all.

Liked: It was beautiful! The b&b is located right down town, so it?s a super quick walk to restaurants, shops, etc..We did have to drive to the battlefield, but that?s to be expected since it?s a few miles outside of town. The b&b was super clean, and the staff were so nice and accommodating! it?s an old house with lots of history, so if you enjoy history this is the place to stay!

Use the garden gate
Liked: Location is fabulous. Rooms are lovely.
Disliked: If you arrive after dark, the signage is a challenge. Park behind the building and enter the building via the garden gate and deck.

Liked: Conveniently located to the center of town. All the stores, restaurants, and attractions were walkable.
