Liked: Very nice staff and good breakfasts
Disliked: It was very noisy in the car park with people smoking and drinking outside until 11pmThe beds were uncomfortable.

Liked: Excellent breakfast, good quality food, cooked well and not overfacing.Evening meals also very good, good choice and freshly cooked.Good customer service from the staff.
Disliked: Shower in the bathroom needed a bit of working out and was not as strong as I would have liked.Lack of tissues in the bathroom.Sounds from outside and other rooms was at times intrusive. TV still in German language mode!!

Comfortable stay in a great...

Liked: The bed was comfortable, dinner and breakfast were great, the staff efficient and the Swan was in a great location for wandering around New Arlesford which was a very interesting place. We were walking the Pilgrim’s Way and this was a very comfortable, friendly place to stop over before the next keg of our walk.
