Liked: Good location, interesting building and friendly staff.
Disliked: The staffing levels, like my last trip were very light. This means a lot of waiting. On this trip particularly waiting for coffee with breakfast that arrived after I had finished. The poor waitress ran off her feet. Also a wait to sign out. I was glad that I didn't have an urgent appointment. A reception should be staffed in the morning all the time and guests shouldn't have to hunt the receptionist down.

Disliked: Management let the place down, Chronically understaffed, rang 3 times no answer as trying to find the car park was a nightmare.
