Amazing hotel with excellent staff

Liked: I loved the room it was spacious and clean , the decor was amazing, the hotel itself was really nice, the lounge area was fantastic, along with all the staff and facilities
Disliked: The water. The water from sink tap and shower left a strange residue on my skin, it's an older building so I'm guessing the pipe work isn't great but the water left my skin very strange feeling

Really enjoyed our stay in...

Liked: Lovely old hotel. Food lovely. A little gem in the middle of Stafford town centre.
Disliked: Room showing its age. Chairs stained. No air con and couldn’t open windows but fan supplied which was adequate. UK not geared for hot weather.

Liked: We had a problem with the room heat and bathroom. Staff listened and responded quickly and professionally to resolve issue with another room.

Disliked: Main course arrived before starter then 20 minutes for starter to arrive

Beautiful and comfortable room

Liked: Lovely Tudor building, beautiful room, loved the rubber duck in the bathroom, great toiletries, in town centre
