Disliked: Room 113 small , window even smaller.Evening meal was very poor. My wife could not eat the turkey .

Disliked: Don't leave guests locked outside to disturb paying customers sleep. Multiple times we were woken up by creaky floor boards and the room shaking from traffic walking past the room. Reception phone ringing hear word for word. Didn't expect this from a suite as I paid more for comfort yet had none. Very dissatisfied with my stay. As I did not get the rest I needed after burying my grandad. I was consistently and persistently woken up by drunk pepole hammering on the door trying to get in where reception wouldn't answer and where the suite was above Reception I could hear the phone non stop ringing. Very unhappy after paying nearly 350 pounds for a 2 night stay to only get a couple hours of broken sleep.

Liked: In the centre of town but the room was quiet. Comfortable stay, friendly staff, great atmosphere and lovely food.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Too many bars!! Pet fee when we got there after booking £15Breakfast alright but not brilliant
