Disliked: Bed wasn’t that comfy guys, everything else was amazing but it wasn’t the best nights sleep

Lovely service from all staff.

Liked: All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On arrival I was offered help with finding the parking and provided with advice about dining. Fresh milk could be requested for making drinks in room, so much better than UHT. The location was central. It was good value.
Disliked: The parking was difficult to find. There was an ongoing noise at night which may have been an extractor fan in another room.

Liked: The staff were very helpful as well as the room
Disliked: The restaurant food is way too expensive for such small dishes £25 for 2 lamb chops and peas lol the steak and chips £32 looked even worse

Liked: The room was beautiful and everyone at the hotel were amazing - very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Mattress was slightly too firm for my personal liking. However, my partner slept really well
