Lovely hotel in a perfect...

Liked: I did complain about the air condition units outside my cosy double room, they did wake me up ( room 50) I was moved to another room which was lovely and so quiet ! Staff were very responsive to my complaint and the outcome was very positive , Thankyou for listening

We always love the comfort...

Liked: Fabulous location, lovely suite. Have been coming to The Swan about twice a year for the last 10 years. It’s our treat overnight/weekend from our caring responsibilities for our youngest child and work. To relax and recharge and get some sleep.
Disliked: Paying for the late checkout to sleep and having a phone call at 11.50 regarding we hadn’t booked out. Defeated the object really.

Liked: Love the area, love the room, love the food, staff great, service great. Particularly like all the different spaces to eat, drink or just chill.
Disliked: Can't say there is anything I don't like. Really do wish it still had a spa though!
