Liked: It was very close to Hyde park where we had a concert
Disliked: The air conditioning was very noisy so we had to turn off to sleep, but was a very hot night.The cooked breakfast was cold and the lady serving wasn’t very nice. The bathroom room tiled floor was all cracked and the tiles lift up very dangerous, I’m surprised no one has cut there feet open.

Liked: Exactly as described on site, staff welcoming, comfortable beds and very convenient to get anywhere in West End!
Disliked: Nothing

Good hotel, good location

Liked: Kind and helpful reception staff accomodated us when room wasnt ready so we could get to an event. Couldnt do enough for us. Nice change to see such helpful people.Room was spacious with huge shower.Short walk to marble arch and oxford street.
Disliked: The noise all night outside. Woke by music and screeching speeding cars throughout the night so had poor nights sleep. I guess price to pay for central London stay?

Liked: Location and neighbourhood and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff! The hotel had a quaint boutique style to it.
Disliked: TV was too small to see fromAny area of the room. Elevator and stair access to rooms was very awkward. Also limited space to put luggage
