Perfect location, clean, comfortable, friendly...

Liked: Perfect location for Oxford Street, Marble Arch and Hyde Park. Hotel very clean, good facilities and great choices available for breakfast. Staff very friendly and polite.

Just what I needed -...

Liked: Perfect location for the event I was coming to London for. The journey to and from London Euston was also pretty quick and simple. The shower was great, a decent size and good water pressure.
Disliked: My room was upgraded from a double bed to king, but it was two beds/ mattresses pushed together, so it wasn't the most comfortable but was fine for one night. The cleanliness wasn't the best, but I wasn't disgusted by anything (just a dirty spoon with the tea cups, some discolouration/ stains on the carpet, and a hair in the sink).

Liked: Quiet ,VERY clean, great location and not too expensive … Firm and comfortable bed.
Disliked: The desk is a little small and the bed very low to the ground

Lots of potential let down...

Liked: Clean rooms, good location, friendly staff.
Disliked: Air conditioning in the room didn't work. Ambient temperature was way too high despite the thermostat being off and the window opened (because the air-conditioning wasn't working). No iron and ironing board, guest book indicated a need to use paid hotel service.
