Liked: Location because is inside U Chicago campus.
Disliked: The beds are not comfortable.

Perfect escape

Liked: The hotel staff are so professional , kind and polite. Every single person. The rooms are so cozy and the bed is like a cloud. And the restaurant has a delicious menu. I love it there.
Disliked: Wish I could have stayed longer

Exceptional

Beautiful property and friendly staff!...

Liked: Very comfortable, spacious area for reading or working, very accommodating staff. The staff at the front desk were amazing and treated us so well. I loved that the campus security were present outside of the property the entire time.
Disliked: Housekeeping did not clean our room despite multiple requests. We were very clear with the staff about the time we would leave the room and wanted housekeeping. I saw/heard the staff tell housekeeping that we wanted service, but housekeeping did not show up. On the third day, the front desk staff gave us towels and coordinated someone coming to empty the trash because housekeeping was already gone.
