Liked: The hotel has a great spa with wet and dry saunas, plus cold room and cold plunge. The pool area is very nice overlooking the bay. The hotel overalll has a great vibe with a couple cool bars to hang out at.
Disliked: There are alot of locals there that pay a monthly membership to use the facilities. The only complaint i would have is the pool area gets crowded especially on the weekends. Scenery is great but you will have to go early to get a good seat.

Liked: Location, pool, spa, gym and restaurant
Disliked: Our room was adjacent to the kitchen of the restaurant and the noises from the kitchen kept us awake at night despite the ear plugs provided by the hotel. The room smelled of mildew and sewer. The hotel couldn’t relocate us because they were full.

Liked: The property is in a good location near South Beach. The pool was lovely as was the Lido restaurant.
Disliked: The service and organisation was very poor. I had checked in online before I arrived via a link sent to me by the hotel but when I got to the hotel they had none of my details stored, I had to go through the check in process again. They also had no concierge so you have to carry luggage etc to the room which is a bit of a walk from reception through a courtyard. Given the cost of the room at circa £800 a night this was surprising. Also they made several ad hoc charges to my credit card without sending me any associated invoices. Overall I do not think the service and facilities are worth the cost. Disappointing.

Not what it used to...

Liked: The spa.
Disliked: This used to be a child-free property. From the minute I checked in and through the weekend all I heard were children running thru the property - I was there for a relaxing weekend, and that was not quite achieved. The hamam was so incredibly loud, it was not what it used to be. The property used to be a tranquil place, except for the pool of course, and it is nothing like it was. I don’t think the place is worth the stay anymore. The Spa and the staff are wonderful, tho.
