Liked: Location free parking and accommodates our dog well !!
Disliked: Looks a little tired furniture needs updating and double beds are inadequate !!

We had an enjoyable short...

Liked: We liked the atmosphere of the place and its quiet location. The staff were very friendly. The tea and coffee facility was appreciated and the bed was comfortable. Although there were roads on both sides we didn’t hear the traffic.
Disliked: The room was cramped for space owing gable ends roof. The bathroom quite seriously affected for the same reason. The mirror above the wash basin was far too low to be useful - had to bend to get your face on the mirror. The shower was narrow and we didn’t like the single option of an overhead shower. The soap was so high I couldn’t reach it.

A great beach location overnight...

Liked: it was room only no breakfast you can pay for this as an upgrade if you want breakfastthe location is spot on, as you cross the road and walk down the hill and you are right on top of the beachI liked the easy checkout in the morning where you just pop your key into a safety deposit boxI liked if you need to get an extra tea bag or sugar this was easily accessibleVery helpful and friendly staffMeals are very quickly turned around
Disliked: Mould in the shower closet, just makes the property look naff tbh and is a shame but I think this in all hotels with mould, it just let the properties down, regardless to if it's in a well used area, i.e. like a bathroom, it shouldn't be an excuse to allow guest to experience this.The was not so easy to find the right temperature in the shower esp as they have pipping hot hot water.The mildew inside of the windows, upon arrival.The smallness of the bed, it was a simple double bed, my error but i had expected a king size bed.

Great value close to Southbourne...

Liked: Great value. The location was perfect for my needs, and the staff were very friendly. Somewhat basic, but exceeded my expectations and everything I needed for an overnight stay.
Disliked: I managed to stay on a Music Night so the pub downstairs was very busy. However, I was pleasantly surprised that I couldn’t really hear the music from my room and it didn’t disturb me at all.
