Hotel Description
The Spa Hotel is an elegant country mansion just a 15-minute walk from Tunbridge Wells Rail Station. It is set in 14 acres of gardens and parkland and has a swimming pool and sauna upon pre-reservation. The Spa features 2 gymnasiums a steam room and a flood-lit tennis court. A range of beauty treatments and therapies are also available for guests to enjoy. Many of the hotel's rooms have views across the beautiful 14-acre grounds and there is free Wi-Fi access. Each also has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels facilities for making tea and coffee and a hairdryer. Modern British cuisine can be enjoyed in The Orangery restaurant and there is an all-day menu. The Spa also offers banqueting and conference facilities for up to 300 people.

Reliably comfortable

Liked: I come here a lot but my room this time was perfect. Comfy bed and lovely black out curtains. I enjoyed a bath in the evening and a good breakfast as usual. The staff at breakfast really are outstanding and attentive.
Disliked: The dinner menu was out of my company’s budget unfortunately and I didn’t fancy anything on the bar menu.

Lovely place.

Liked: Breakfast (poached eggs) was cold, which wasn’t good but was fine overall.
Disliked: A hot breakfast should be served promptly and be hot. Mine took a long time and was cold.

Lovely hotel, lots of parking,...

Liked: We were upgraded to the bridal suite, and it was fantastic- lovely hotel, lots of space, and really lovely vibe. Room great, breakfast somewhat disappointing, but that may have been because there were various tour groups there.
Disliked: Breakfast

A lovely stay for my...

Liked: The room was lovely and comfortable. The air-conditioning was especially helpful as it was during a heatwave weekend.
Disliked: The whole hotel is a bit run-down. The breakfast service really wasn't up to standard (we waited for a long time and the orders were almost all incorrect) which was a bit of a downer on the whole experience.

Very good

Liked: Staff were polite. Hotel was clean and spa facilities were lovely. Outside was nice but it looked as though it needs some TLC passed the main garden.
Disliked: My room was right by the stairs so it was noisy when people were coming in late and would wake me up.
