Superb

Liked: We had an excellent stay at the Southgate. The rooms were beautiful and the family room was enormous! The owners were friendly and helpful and everything was clean and super comfortable.
Disliked: The only criticism I have is that we did not notice the signs telling us we could not bring in our own food so these could do with being more prominent. With this in mind, I would suggest to anyone visiting the property that they make sure they have made arrangements to eat out.

Excellent stay with great Hosts

Liked: The room was clean & spacious as was the ensuite bathroom. Julie & Chris were excellent hosts, welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was just so delicious & copious with plenty of choice.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was great for me. Maybe being allowed to stay till 11am rather than 10am on departure would mean less of a rush in the last morning.

Excellent place to stay close to the distillery and not too far from the brewery.

Liked: Very modern, clean and cosy B&B run with genuine care. Good facilities, great breakfast and catered to my friends gluten-free needs. Honesty bar at refreshingly fair prices. Both Chris and Julie were helpful, friendly hosts.
Disliked: Quite a lot of local places closed early in week out of season, but that is the same everywhere right now.
