Disliked: Cleanliness, maintenance. The building is in terrible condition.

Liked: At the time of booking, I liked that it was in a central location, and in an area that seems relatively safe.
Disliked: Horrible with no elevator, no loo roll, no one at front desk, water smelled of sewage, old lumpy mattress, bugs flying everywhere. I left before sunrise to a different hotel. Jumped thru hoops for refund. Stay Away

Falling down

Liked: Clean linen
Disliked: This hotel was a shambles. Not accessible in any way. No lift, not a sign of a hand rail anywhere. The shower curtain was barely hanging on with 3 rings instead of 13! The TV had a smashed screen so we could not watch it. One of the mornings my daughter went to the toilet and noticed a stream of water coming through the celing light fitting onto the toilet. We reported it to the staff and they said they would take a look, upon our return the pool of water was still there but staff insisted everything was safe. The only good thing I can say is the bed linen was spotless. never again!

Disliked: The stuff is rude, the room does not looks like the one published in the website and no hot water in the shower.

A nightmare due to a mouse running around, extremely small bathroom

Disliked: Extremely small bathroom, unable to squeeze into the corner where the toilet is. However the main reason behind my negative feedback was the mouse in the room. This is not acceptable for any hotel independent of the price
