Superb

Liked: everything was perfect the stuff was super nice and even gave us an upgrade as our room was not ready and checkked us in earlier than expected.
Disliked: sound insulation of windows could be improved.

Awesome.

Liked: The location was good, we had a metro station and a tram station just opposite to the hotel. You have a direct metro train to Amsterdam central from the Hotel every 10 minutes and it took 20 minutes to get there. The hotel was clean and neat, it had a restaurant on the ground floor, we had a vegetarian pizza there, it was delicious. We had a great stay at the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing.

Excellent

Liked: It was in a nice location with a great view and very pleasant people.
Disliked: The bed was a bit stiff.

Good place, would stay again

Liked: A lively place with friendly staff. Good connection to Metro and tram. Basic rooms that do the job. They have free laundry service and a good cafe. Plenty of games in the lobby area with social areas.
Disliked: No room cleaning. Small rooms. Not cheap, but cheaper than what was available in Amsterdam.

Superb

Liked: It was Nest to the underground Station, in good condition and you Hard everything what you needed. The stufe was really friendly and helpful.

Very good

Liked: The hotel lobby is great with fun activities. The room was spacious and had a great view over parts of the city.
Disliked: The bed mattress was not comfortable.

Exceptional

Liked: Just a great place to stay, short ride into the main area of Amsterdam. The staff were always great and helpful. Loved having laundry service too.

Great shared spaces, good location...

Liked: Great location next to the metro station, good facilities and communal areas. Friendly and helpful staff were the real highlight for me. Room was tidy and well appointed, would stay again!
Disliked: A few more hire bikes would be great, admittedly I was there on a busy weekend but the only one available had a wonky wheel. A small issue all things considered
