Fantastic, clean, tidy hotel with...

Liked: Everything! Fantastic hotel, close to both trams and metro. Takes no time at all to get to the centre. Breakfast was varied and the restaurant had lots of choice for food and drinks and also snacks. The staff were all brilliant. Friendly, seemed to loved their jobs and made our lives easy by speaking brilliant English. Would definitely stay here again and have started looking into their hotels in other cities. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Decent but not worth the...

Liked: + nice design+ good breakfast+ comfortable bed
Disliked: - for a 4-star hotel, rooms miss some basic stuff: no fridge or minibar, no cups for tea/coffee (just glasses), - the shower is only vertical, it's hard to regulate.- the receptionist charged me extra city tax, although it was already included in the cost. I had to contact booking.com for a refund- the location is not so good actually, it's about 40 minutes walk to the city center. - there's a metro station nearby but the line make a huge circle, it's like 10 stations to the city center.

Liked: Really nice hotel with good location and a number of transportation routes around. The breakfast, staff, room -- everything was perfect. I even decided to extend my stay for one more night. Will definitely stay again
