The location is great. We walked to Mercury Ballroom and also 4th Street Live! Our room was charming and clean. Very nice place!

Liked: The location and history is impeccable. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: Parking is expensive for overnight. We didn't park in the parking garage.

Bell guys were amazing. Loved...

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Loved having the historian on site for a tour. Nice personal products.
Disliked: A lighted makeup mirror in the bathroom. Change up some photos in the hallways. Minor finishing touches to mirror the hotel’s esthetics.
