The location is great. We walked to Mercury Ballroom and also 4th Street Live! Our room was charming and clean. Very nice place!

Liked: The location and history is impeccable. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: Parking is expensive for overnight. We didn't park in the parking garage.

Wanted more from a room billed as an executive room.

Liked: Especially liked the onsite historian. He gives a grear in depth tour of the hotel.The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were exceptionally friendly and hospitable.The location is great. It is downtown and near downtown restaurants, distilleries and museums
Disliked: There is no onsite coffee bar and no place to grab a quick breakfast to goWished there were more food options in general

Disliked: Staff was not friendly. Housekeeping knocked on our door EVERY morning EARLY, The amenities of shower products were empty and never filled. The night Bartender definitely must hate his job. Room was supposed to have a giveaway bed. It was hid obviously in the storage room because we had tonrequest it and was told hopefully we have one left. Not sure what to do if we dont!!

Liked: Loved the setup of the rooms and accessibility to local venues/restaurants! The hotel bar was also beautiful! The staff was also super kind!
Disliked: I do the bathrooms had some type of fan that could be turned on. The bed itself was comfortable, but the pillows destroyed my neck.
