Disliked: When we got to the Skarisbrick we went to reception early after sending a message asking if we could book in early as we were going to watch Southport fc . When telling this to the receptionist she ask us to come back in 45 mins as the room wasn’t ready. When we got back we were told that our room was taken and we would have to go to the Royal Clifton witch was not far away but nether the less still hard for me with my breathing I did say this to reception but they we’re not concerned. We were very angry as we booked three week’s ago. When we got to the Royal Clifton we were told it was £59 I explained we have already paid £89 why was i asked to pay again and £30 cheaper reception apologised and gave us a room. By this time we were running late and missed some of the game and had to pay for a taxi. I am extremely annoyed at the whole mess made by the skaribrick and will never go to this hotel again.
