A lovely few days as...

Liked: Scarisbrick is a lovely hotel, well decorated, spacious and with friendly staff. We stopped on the 4th floor in a family room, had everything we need. Breakfast was nice and had a wide variety. I was very impressed and would stay again. No real issues at all
Disliked: The pillow was hard, but that's just my personal preference. Wish we could have opened windows properly (top floor, and being 32 degrees it got really hot, but appreciate the fans provided)Tv had no signal....but didn't need it.

Liked: I have stayed here quite a number of times & ALWAYS choose to book here if at all possible.

Disliked: The noise from bars below at night but that can’t be helped it’s not the hotels fault.

Disliked: Lack of fans as hot and asked reception to be told very rudely if there isn’t one in wardrobe then no you haven’t got one, when windows don’t open wide enough to get air in and was extremely uncomfortably hot. Also noise from an external fan going on and off every 30 seconds kept us up all night, for it to stop at 9am, plus a hose with water running every 10 minutes.

Liked: I I have an 8-week work contract here, and I want to find a hotel that's very clean, very comfortable, and cheap. This place is really a great hotel with excellent value for money，and very clean. The staff here are extremely nice, especially Sue. Thank you so much Sue,you make us feel right at home,thank you.

Disliked: Your staff member Wow talk about rude she needs sacking I'm sorry but she's a joke. She put me in a room with my family when i walked in there was already a family in there. How embarrassing I could have walked in on anything! To top it off her attitude was vile throwing a hand in my face an telling me to deal with it as she's clocked off. She ruined my little boys day that was meant to be an adventure for him.

Beautiful Hotel, shame about the...

Liked: It was beautiful hotel, stunning foyer and bar decor. Right near the Promenade and Lord St.
Disliked: Indifferent attitude from the Receptionist. Trying to get a parking space was met with "it's full, try parking at the Clifton. The room was so small there wasn't enough room for bedside tables. No window so it was dark and dingy. Returning to the hotel after a meal, we attempted to visit the bar. After standing waiting for a time I approached reception to ask where the bar staff where. "He's probably gone for a smoke!" - NOT ACCEPTABLE. Eventually when he turned up, service was cursory at best. A drunk vagrant sat sleeping at a table who should have been removed a d children running riot not curtailed by their family or your staff! And to top it all Music from nightclub nearby blaring until 2AM. All in all, ot a good stay.
