Perfect seaside location, pool, beautiful...

Liked: Perfect beach front location, ocean views, beautiful sunset views, walking boardwalk and beach is my favourite thing. Ideal location along the coast. Close to fave spots like Johns Pass. Nice pool, free good coffee and great staff.
Disliked: Interior of rooms very rundown and needing upgrade, but I’m aware building is being demolished soon so makes sense. Everything else,especially location, location, location is fabulous! We will miss this low level beautiful hotel.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was good. Easy access to amenities. Good view of water
Disliked: The property was in poor condition. Sand on the floor in room, individuql blades on blinds at window falling down, the tub was not cleaned very well.

Disliked: It was an absolute disgusting mess of a place. Every single thing needed updating. Ridiculous how pathetic the overall condition was. Like staying in a crack house for the weekend. Ended up spending more money to stay somewhere else for part of the time.

Liked: The location is great! It is right on the beach.
Disliked: The place is very tired. The floors felt very sticky.

Liked: The beach was right there and the other guests were nice and respectful.
Disliked: The front lot was full the entire stay which meant that I had to walk across an entire block to my car and I am actually handicapped. The TV in the bedroom wouldnt work and I was told theyd fix and never did. The rooms are disgustingly filthy.

Liked: The room was clean and smelled good. It had some charm
Disliked: The property didn't look like it did in the photos.
