Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely comfortable room. Overall, an excellent place to stay, most comfortable and convenient.

Disliked: The darkness of the decor - a bit depressing. Noisy lift.

Liked: Very nice property with easy access to some of London’s famous sights.

It couldn’t have been better

Liked: We loved everything. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms couldn’t be better. The breakfasts were tasty and the staff in the restaurant were friendly. The location was close to the tube and within walking distance of Westminster abbey, etc.
Disliked: I can’t think of much. Maybe have an alarm in the room?

Disliked: The reception staff were very rude, and a woman literally shouted at me over a misunderstanding. It was really frightening. My trip to London was wonderful, except for this hotel and its staff.

Liked: The room was beautifully appointed. The location was extremely convenient. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive.

Liked: The location is perfect and very convenient, with many restaurants around.Rooms are correct, and having the pub downstairs is a very good option.
Disliked: We booked 5 rooms with a flexible tariff to be paid on arrival. One of us will usually pay for all the rooms, which was a problem here since the colleagues who arrived earlier couldn't use their rooms until the paying person was present.The pub was convenient, except that it closed at 11, which is kind of early for these events.London prices are way too expensive.
