Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely comfortable room. Overall, an excellent place to stay, most comfortable and convenient.

Disliked: The darkness of the decor - a bit depressing. Noisy lift.

Location, Location

Liked: Location Location, walkable to Palace, Big Ben, Parliament. Breakfast was great. Pastries and other items to help yourself and then you can order from a menu for the main breakfast. Reception staff was very helpful- arranged car to airport for us upon leaving.
Disliked: the bathroom was dark. It was difficult to see well when shaving or applying make up etc. The room was dark as well.Entry needs carpet and elevator cleaned. Very expensive property, not what I would expect at $500.00 per night.

We had a lovely time...

Liked: Charming room, tasteful decor. Restaurant attached was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious, location of hotel was perfect. Loved that it wasn’t a basic, chain hotel.

Amazing stay in a great...

Liked: Beautiful property with great rooms and amenities a few minutes walk from Westminster Abbey and Big Ben one direction and Kensington park the other way. Easy tube connections on the circle line and a wonderful pub downstairs. Busy area during the day but wonderfully quiet at night.
Disliked: Nothing

Lovely hotel in great location

Liked: Great location close to the underground but walkable to central London . Nice decor and comfortable beds. Good breakfast served in the pub below . Would stay again
