Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely comfortable room. Overall, an excellent place to stay, most comfortable and convenient.

Disliked: The darkness of the decor - a bit depressing. Noisy lift.

Too expensive for what it...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: The receptionist was not really giving you the feeling of being welcomed. Impersonal, uninterested and distant.My TV did not work “no signal”.Breakfast downstairs in the Pup area and minimal, no cheese or ham for example unless you order and pay for it AND THIS FOR PAYING GBP 500.— A NIGHT!!

Excellent location, cozy place, with...

Liked: Excellent location, very good breakfast. Smallish, but comfy room and beds.Breakfast at the downstairs pub was excellent. Simple buffet, but also made to order breakfast, which was very good and varied. Maybe add an apple, orange or banana to take with? The location cannot be better if you looking for the usual London history. Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, literally few hundred yards away.
Disliked: The staff could do little better. Their answer to few questions we had, was "Google it" . Not very helpful.The room is nice, but little small, specially the wardrobe closet.

Great Licatopn. Nice Hotel

Liked: Excellent location and very friendly staff. Perfect locatilon less than 5 minutes to Westminster Abbey and 10 minutes to Buckinghan Castle ((walking).
Disliked: Breakfast was underwhelming.
