Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely comfortable room. Overall, an excellent place to stay, most comfortable and convenient.

Disliked: The darkness of the decor - a bit depressing. Noisy lift.

Liked: The Sanctuary Hotel is in the perfect location for anyone wishing to visit the Parliament Buildings, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, see the Changing of the Guard, or go to the Thames to board any river cruises. Easy!!!And, the staff were wonderful, pub was friendly and good food. We were delighted.

Liked: The room was so beautifully decorated, building / street quiet, staff *exceedingly* welcoming/kind/helpful (Karen and pub staff). Breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend. I was so pleasantly surprised at each turn and everything exceeded expectations (even though I was already expecting very nice stay.)
Disliked: There was nothing that I didn’t like. This experience was wonderful and I have nothing but nice things to say.

Liked: Beautiful hotel, super clean , smelled good too when you first come inPerfect location
Disliked: Breakfast let it down, English breakfast a little dry , eggs overcooked, cold coffee, toaster not working well

This will be my fixed...

Liked: It was so central for literally everything. Out of the hotel entrance turn your head to the right and you have Westminster Abbey. To your left you have the underground. 5 min walk and you have Buckingham Palace, Green Park and St. James Park. The pub serves excellent breakfast and food till 11pm. Could not have asked for more.
Disliked: Everything is great.
