Disliked: It was warm in the room. One of the bed was not comfortable.Otherwise the place was worth the money

Fine if your only prerequisites...

Liked: Staff were helpful carrying my bags to my room when I check in. If you're looking for a cheap place to sleep this is fine for a night or two.
Disliked: I got up ready to head down for breakfast at 9am when it opened, the place was locked and no one was around. I wanted another half hour and eventually had to check out skipping breakfast which was disappointing. There were no toiletries in the room at all, not even soap to wash your hands and the windowsills were absolutely filthy. When I mentioned this in the morning the owner just seems to stare at me and not say anything - very odd. All the staff sat smoking outside the front door as I left in the uber, not sure this is the nicest way to welcome your guests.

Liked: Staff were very helpful, and friendly, everything was clean and comfy.35 min walking distance to villa park.
Disliked: The area was a little run down, a lot of shouting through the night which kept us awake. I know this is not the accommodations fault, it's just the area the accommodation is set in.Parking is on side street next to accommodation.
