Liked: Staff were very helpful, and friendly, everything was clean and comfy.35 min walking distance to villa park.
Disliked: The area was a little run down, a lot of shouting through the night which kept us awake. I know this is not the accommodations fault, it's just the area the accommodation is set in.Parking is on side street next to accommodation.

Clean and welcoming, good location...

Liked: The Saltley Inn was in a good location for us going to Villa park. Bedroom was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful.Would definitely stay again if was visiting villa park.
Disliked: Not very keen on the location personally (im from the country not a used to cities) and the road noise was constant throughout the night (that is no fault of management)Only downside for me there wasn’t a bin in the room and I felt bad for leaving our rubbish in there.

Liked: The manager and staff were great, very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was a bit basic, but for the money, it's fantastic value. I would definitely recommend to others.

Disliked: There is no parking on the premises.No lift to floors 1 and 2.Carpets dirty and smelly.The Reception area was deserted.A lady appeared after a wait.Walked me to the bottom of the stairs in another building conjoined to the main one.Told me to go to my room which was on second floor.I told her about the health challenges that me and my husband had to go up the stairs.Requested a ground or first floor room and was denied.I struggled up the stairs to a narrow corridor and my room door was in the corner.Carpets very dirty.Went back down immediately .My husband was in the car.He couldn't leave because we were still struggling to find parking. Challenge was to then walk him up 2 flights of steps after navigating our way from the Reception,long walk.Leaving our car on an illegal compromised parking space.Had to ask them for a swap which was not possible Had no option except to go and look for alternative accomadation elsewhere.The hotel refused to refund regardless.Horrible experience.x xx
