Great people, clean and comfortable

Liked: Everywhere was immaculately clean

Disliked: There is no parking on the premises.No lift to floors 1 and 2.Carpets dirty and smelly.The Reception area was deserted.A lady appeared after a wait.Walked me to the bottom of the stairs in another building conjoined to the main one.Told me to go to my room which was on second floor.I told her about the health challenges that me and my husband had to go up the stairs.Requested a ground or first floor room and was denied.I struggled up the stairs to a narrow corridor and my room door was in the corner.Carpets very dirty.Went back down immediately .My husband was in the car.He couldn't leave because we were still struggling to find parking. Challenge was to then walk him up 2 flights of steps after navigating our way from the Reception,long walk.Leaving our car on an illegal compromised parking space.Had to ask them for a swap which was not possible Had no option except to go and look for alternative accomadation elsewhere.The hotel refused to refund regardless.Horrible experience.x xx

Exceptional

Great room, great price, great...

Liked: The price was fab... I wanted a clean room for me and my daughter's and that's what I got. Also it was a 10 minute drive from everywhere we wanted to visit.
Disliked: I wish they had toiletries - but only because I forgot mine.

Good place to stay

Liked: Friendly staff and punters all making sure you have a good stay and an enjoyable time at the pub.
Disliked: N/A
