Quick efficient clean

Liked: Absolutely brilliant from start to finish and the host was very welcoming , nice and clean rooms with clean facilities as expected for a budget room ,overall a very good experience and booked another stay the following day
Disliked: everything was good

Liked: The size of the room, as there were three large friends sharing a room with three beds and there was kids of space to move around.
Disliked: The staff were extremely accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us.

Liked: Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights, it was very welcoming. Staff were absolutely amazing so friendly and lovely. Oh and the food!! Oh my DAYS beautiful
Disliked: Sunday days are a bit loud as the function room is rented out so it does get quite loud if you’re not in the bar. Apart from that absolutely nothing wrong.

Cheap but wouldn't stay again

Liked: The bar lady was nice
Disliked: There was black mould around the window that my 3 year old had to sleep next to. The hallway had damp and the ceiling was hanging down. There was beer bottles and a hotdog roll in the hallway. The room stunk of damp. The shower had black mould in. The mattresses had no protectors and were stained. The bar was filled with people doing drug deals and taking drugs. We left a day early and didn't stay the 2 nights

Disliked: I booked this hotel to attend an event at the utilita arena because it stays it offers free parking.We arrived to find no parking available for us at all not a great start The room was basic that wasn't a problem however the window had mold around the frame.The beds were terrible could feel all the springs in the mattress and only had 1 very thin pillow each.It sounded like a rave was going on downstairs very loud music until early hours.Definitely wouldn't stay again although staff were friendly.
