Disliked: We couldn’t get an answer from property so we couldn’t check in although there was a 24hr phone number outside door,had to travel 40 miles to get another hotel and never got refund not apology disgraceful

Great stay

Liked: Warm welcome and very friendly throughout..Delicious breakfast and plenty of tea, coffee, fruit juice being offered throughout. Great evening entertainment and plenty of staff serving the bar.Room well equipped with tea and coffee etc and toiletries.We felt that nothing was too much trouble. Asked for hairdryer for room and it was delivered to us within a couple of minutes.Lovely stay and we will return.
Disliked: Minor thing, the rooms are great but maybe would benefit from a little freshen up as in fresh coat of paint etc BUT this did NOT affect our stay in anyway. The room was clean and comfortable and we loved the theme

Liked: Great atmosphere. The food was fab and the prices were fair.
Disliked: Couldn’t open the window in room and it was really hot. We did have a fan provided but there was a heatwave!

Disliked: Apart from a lot of noise throughout the night outside nothing at all

Disliked: It's just a little noisy at night as there was a band on, but we were told this on check-in, but once I was asleep. I didn't hear a thing.
