Very poor

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: we had 3 rooms. 2 of which the showers didn't properly work and the beds were not comfortable. The bar staff could not get a drinks order correct. Ordering 2 rounds of drinks and sending them both back. Missing food items also. Then gave us the wrong bill twice.

We had a lovely welcome...

Liked: Liked the fact that it had history and had been converted and also not far from Chester and the Zoo.
Disliked: Room was smaller than I expected that breakfast was included.

Would definitely stay again

Liked: Dinner was excellent, bed extremely comfortable
Disliked: We had second floor room which had very low ceilings to the side of the bed so you had to climb on the bed to get in
