A lovely stay at the...

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly close to the town .We stayed for 2 days the bed very comfortable the room was a nice size maybe the bathroom could do with an upgrade but all in all very nice .The breakfast was really nice we had lunch and dinner the food was excellent and the Pie was to die for.If we are ever in the area we will definitely eat there again.
Disliked: The bathroom is a little dated

Good place to stay. Great...

Liked: People were friendly. The room was a good size, all amenities provided. We liked the fact it had its own entrance. We managed to park without too much bother. Food was good quality. Easy access to the high street and some good walks to be had.
Disliked: Would like to see a bigger breakfast range. Limited if you are a veggie. Good portion sizes for dinner. However, limited again if you are a veggie or a non pork eater.

Cosy stay in the heart...

Liked: The room was well equipped and had easy access away from the main pub area. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The breakfast was the best part, prepared well, good quality and had everything you could want. Excellent service from the staff also.
Disliked: The parking is a problem. Being within Burford, even when the town is not busy it is hard to get parked close to the pub. There is parking at the pub however when we arrived all the spaces were taken. If you have a large car or van etc, pre plan your visit as some of the roads are narrow. The room is nice however could use a little update on some of the amenities, fixtures etc.
