Good value for the money!

Liked: The staff was very polite and helpful. We arrived earlier and Mr Abdulasiz ,the receptionist promised to do do his best and he did!The room was ready at 1230 !!!
Disliked: The room was smaller than we expected!

Nice stay near Hyde Park

Liked: Small but cute and comfortable room with all the necessary amenities. Excellent location near Hyde Park, with metro and bus stations just a short walk away. Plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area. Highly recommended!

Great location for the purpose...

Liked: Excellent location. Having 24hr reception cover a bonus and being able to store bags after checking out also a bonus. Having a lift also great as a lot of these hotels don’t have lifts.

Liked: Location is good
Disliked: No air conditioner, very hot. The bathroom is not clean

London in heat

Liked: The location was excellent and the room was clean and there was someone on duty 24/7. London is expensive this was relatively good value for money.
Disliked: It was very hot in London and there was no cooling not even a fan. The room was super tiny so opening a case was problematic

Great for the price

Liked: Great location. Quiet at night. Helpful employees. My room was ready and they let me check in early. No microwave in my room, but, they let me use the employees microwave everyday. TV in the room too.
Disliked: The room was very hot. It was hot in London. The two huge windows were facing the sun heated the room up during the day. I said something about it and they got me a fan to use.
