Liked: Good area to be in for places to eat. Great location for tourist attractions.Bed very comfy.
Disliked: Needs investment. The door to the room had dropped on its hinges. The bathroom had a smell, and taos needed an upgrade

Liked: Hotel was just as described.The room was lovely and clean, it was very hot and we had a fan provided too.Staff were very helpful.

Liked: The staff were very courteous and friendly. We originally had a few issues with our original room, but the staff helped to minimise any dissatisfaction and gave us another room promptly which was much better.
Disliked: Bed hard as hell but is to be expected!

Liked: Location great and staff very nice .No frills hotel if you're looking for a well located base for your trip to London..bedroom was clean but very small .
Disliked: Bathroom was tiny and toilet seat broken ,clearly didn't fit the toilet itself along with toilet paper holder quality of both very poor ,small things like these can be easily replaced. No extraction fan either.No A/C ,but did have a window that one could open.

Liked: The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a short walk from Hyde Park. The nearest metro station is Bayswater (served by the District and Circle lines), which is about 7–10 minutes away on foot. There’s a Tesco shop right outside the station that stays open until 10 p.m., and the area is full of bars and cafes.Despite that, the bed was comfortable and we slept well. Our room had a small kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, and basic kitchenware for two people, including a frying pan. Since we don’t eat out much, it was great to be able to make our own breakfast — we even cooked omelettes successfully.The staff were great — very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent and cleaned the room every day.Overall, it’s a good budget-friendly option if you’re not expecting luxury, but want a central location and the ability to cook simple meals.
Disliked: The hotel itself is a bit dated — the renovation was done a long time ago. The bathroom was very small, and there was no shelf in the shower area to put toiletries. Also, the floor in the room above us was very creaky, and we could hear everything.
