Liked: Excellent cooking
Disliked: Slightly amateurish element to service but not unpleasant Woyld certainly use again next time racing at nearby mallory Park

Overall a nice place in...

Liked: A good breakfast, room was nice but the beds are not comfy felt as though the springs are coming through, the TV did not work and the shower was very poor, this was in room 5 !

A lovely hotel, food was...

Liked: We had dinner and breakfast. Food was excellent.Staff were really friendly and helpful.Room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: Shower was poor, really needs an update.

Stayed at Royal Arms since...

Liked: Staff and food in restaurant
Disliked: Lack of updates and improvements. Lumpy beds. Tiny TV with limited choices. Poor mostly non existent WiFi.1950`s era plumbing.

Lovely area nice staff, cleanliness...

Liked: It had what you needed from a place but couldn’t use cups as were dirty bedding was stained bed noisy tv socket was loose and potential fire hazard kept clicking and making the tv cut out remote stopped working and got moved rooms to a very uncomfortable bed and noisy door throughout the night in the wind. Staff were nice enough but overall wouldn’t stay again

Liked: Location was nice and quiet
Disliked: Room was very dusty and there were a lot of hairs in the bathroom and in the bed. Not very clean.

Good

Liked: The location was perfect for our visit to Bosworth.The bathroom, towels and bedding were very clean.Our waitress/barmaid was very pleasant and approachable.We had decent food.
Disliked: Our room was a little tired and in need of decoration and some TLC, but was still good value for money.
