Great choice for a night...

Liked: Refreshingly unique for London hotel. Loved the thoughtfulness of the sandwiches, mini-bar and tea trolly. Left luggage service was very good
Disliked: Bathroom was ok, but would benefit from a spruce up

Disliked: Room is so small. stuffy ，there is a fan ，high price ，bad shower, even the stuff is kind

Totally unique hotel I will...

Liked: I work in London weekly and the hospitality in this hotel was outstanding. It felt more like being welcomed than checking in, cold drinks in the fridge pot of tea and a paper at the door in the morning. I was honestly blown away. Thankyou for a wonderful hotel room, the perfect balance of privacy and hospitality.
Disliked: Nothing

A little bit cozy with...

Liked: The owner is amazing, really cares about what he does and was very supportive of me, especially with taking my luggage in and out of the place. I got there very early because I got lost and was so tired from walking around that they welcome me to stay in the lobby until my room could be ready and they made it ready as quickly as they could. In the meanwhile, they treated me to the TV set in the lobby and some comfy chairs. Every day. There was a nice little surprise for me like a jar of preserves and milky tea in the mornings and newspaper. You could tell the owner really cares about what he does and as a personal touch, my husband is a musician and a lot of the decorations in my room happen to be like fender amps.
Disliked: The only thing that I could say, that was a bit negative is that the shower doesn’t work correctly in terms of temperature. I was there for three days or two nights and I could not take a shower because the cold lever even got hotter than the hot water lever. I thought it was just me so my friend checked and said that there was no cold water I personally did not have time to hunt down anyone to let them know, but I think it’s important to get that fixed and possibly just a few more towels. Women need towels for their hair, their body and for the floors that they’re stepping on so at least three towels per shower and as a female, I would have showered three times a day because of the heat so just a suggestion on that

Comfortable and great customer service

Liked: The Roxy is at a very convenient location and extremely comfortable, although i have to admit the room is small but not tiny so all okay. Love the little extra touches to make u feel welcome
Disliked: Getting a big suitcase up the stairs, no lift. Appreciated the help from the staff on departure.

Wonderful hotel very near Kings...

Liked: Absolutely wonderful little hotel. Staff are incredibly friendly and great little touches like sandwiches on arrival, cups of tea left outside your room the next morning. The room was really quirky and comfortable. Cannot recommend it enough.
