Liked: This is such a funky place - full of cute little extra touches! And the location is awesome - super central. Accessing it is super easy as well with your own code. And the snuggies are so cozy and such a fun touch!
Disliked: The room was so small it was a bit claustrophobic, but I do know that’s common for London. Just for the price was a bit hard to swallow.

Good place except for one...

Liked: Location was great, the staff was great, amenities were good
Disliked: The bed was small and too trampoline for two. When ever one moved, the other one woke up. I guess a bigger bed wouldnt even fit in.

Functional borderline / dreadful wouldn’t...

Liked: It’s handy for Kings Cross /st Pancras and that’s about it. The fridge that is meant to look like a Marshall amplifier is interesting and fun for about 1 minute. The free mini bar is nice but a few beers, wine, chocolate etc hardly makes up for the shortfalls.
Disliked: ‘Shabby chic’ is a phrase one might use which in practice means poor quality decor in a pretty gritty location. The room was tiny, outrageously expensive and overrated on the website. For some inexplicable reason there was a cucumber sandwich waiting for me (after all that’s what the English like!) and a gift of a hard of fortnum and masons strawberry jam. Who ever thought that was a good idea I don’t know. The photos make this place look great - but it really isn’t and was stupidly priced . I was on my own which is a good thing as there was no room to swing a cat never mind another human. There is no reception / bar / staff so it feels really not pleasant at all. Also v noisy. Next time I’ll get the late train home or stay somewhere else.
