Superb

Pleasant

Liked: Rooms were clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: There's only one area where the elevators are and you have to navigate through series of hallways with CARPETED floors. They booked us in the farthest rooms and we were dead tired after pulling 6 big luggages. We asked for a late check out and they gave us until 12pm. By 11am, we got locked out of our rooms and we had to go down the lobby to "reset" the key. One room's lock was malfunctioning because of the battery and the phone was not working so we had to go up and down multiple times just to communicate.

Disliked: No access to ice machines so had to call desk to have some delivered. Only had 1 washcloth for 3 people so had to call for some. No microwave.
