Disliked: Unfriendly staff and awful checking exp. Booked queen room with two beds and got one bed instead

Liked: The lake views are memorable. The staff were attentive. The spa services were excellent.
Disliked: The check in process was extensive. Outdoor dining was unpleasant.

Beautiful place not enough time...

Liked: The front desk girl Tyesha was so informative and nice really help us to feel comfortable our first visit to the Ritz Oconee.
Disliked: Just wish you could check in sooner than 4 you don’t have time to enjoy the full campus!
