Liked: From the moment we arrived, I felt genuinely cared for. The staff at Hits London Hotel are absolutely lovely—always welcoming and ready to help with a smile. The bar team stood out with their great sense of humor and contagious energy; they were always smiling and made our evenings even more enjoyable.The reception team was incredibly kind to me, especially when I lost my phone. They were so understanding and went out of their way to help. They also offer taxi services through their own trusted contacts, which was really convenient and reassuring.The rooms were spotless—super clean and tidy. We even received a bowl of fresh fruit in our room, a thoughtful gesture that made us feel right at home. It’s clear they truly care about their guests.Overall, I felt not just like a guest, but like part of a family. I can’t wait to come back!
