Was told that I would get a text when the room was available, waiting 2 hours with no communication. Finally went inside and the girl said that they were too busy to let us know room was available. lol no thanks!

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Customer service.

Disliked: I reserved the room for my son with my credit card expecting my card to be charged at checkout as stated when I provided the card number, security code and expiration date. But when he checked out they asked my son for his card and said they required a physical card at checkout. This is not what I was led to expect when making the reservation!

Surprise...we"re remodelling.

Liked: The Staff we interacted with were all nice.Location was ideal for weekend event.The in-house Restaurant was good.
Disliked: Some items in room were in need of fixing/replacing. Upon arrival we found the hotel in mid-remodel of guest rooms & guessing ours had not yet been remodeled. Hallways were very warm throughout. Musty odor in room but were able to open a window to air-out but doing so allowed the infestation of ladybug type bugs into room...oops. Rooms were quiet. Basic essentials in a basic room.

Liked: Great value! Lobby is great, will be beautiful once construction is done. Pet friendly.
Disliked: The construction. Areas of the hotel are outdated. Front bar/coffee area was never open.
