Liked: Thank you very much Victoria Resident Hotel team, we enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is comfortable and quiet. The reception staff are friendly and quick to respond to any request or comment. If I come back to London again, it will definitely be my first choice.

Wonderful stay

Liked: Kitchen and refrigerator, which make staying with kids great. Also, there were comfortable beds and quiet A/C, which made the stay very pleasant. The location was great as well, very close to Victoria underground station and to the bus stop. The hotel is cute and pleasant.
Disliked: Window view was not nice but still ok. I don't have much things to complain about.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!

Liked: I liked the location of the property, the rooms were amazing and the staff were very friendly. Helped us out with every request. The coffee that they had in the rooms was gorgeous and the fact the kitchen hides away just made it so much more luxurious.
Disliked: There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like.

Lovely hotel with great amenities

Liked: Lovely hotel, room was really comfortable and had every amenity you could want. Loved the modern decor as well! Staff were super friendly and personable too. Location was perfect for a buckingham palace visit. Definitely hope to return again someday :)
