A very nice place and...
Liked: The Hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were very nice and the location was excellent.
Disliked: We would have liked some better Coffee and Breakfast facilities

Liked: The location was ideal, the size of the room wasn't bad and I also enjoyed the exterior of the building. The pub next door was a great addition to the experience as it was easy to grab a last drink in a nice atmosphere without going too far.
Disliked: The ac unit wasn't cool enough in the night. The bodywash finished on the second day of my 4 day trip. The room only had 3 towels for a 4 person stay. The towel issue was resolved once informing the front desk..

My favorite and most worthy...
Liked: Spacious room, clean, nice shower, with mini fridge, good shower and good amenities, free bottle of water that could be refilled (we used ours for all whole 15 days trip), friendly staff, super strategic location, very near Gran Central Station, nice cafés nearby and also easy to do things by walk.

Extremely disappointing experience – not...
Disliked: From the start, communication with the hotel was terrible. They didn’t respond to emails or messages (via Booking, Messenger, or direct email) even after several attempts.I checked in online in advance and submitted my credit card, but when my partner arrived before me, she wasn’t allowed to check in. I had emailed authorization multiple times, but the front desk still refused — and treated her with complete disrespect. It took a manager to finally step in and allow her access.The room was nothing like the photos: it smelled bad, the AC was incredibly loud, the space felt old and unclean, sheets were dirty and worn out, and housekeeping never came the next day. The rollaway bed for our child was broken, noisy, and uncomfortable — it was impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. No help with luggage was offered either.For the price, this was a terrible experience. Poor service, poor communication, poor maintenance. I do not recommen
