Liked: Clean hotel. Comfy bedding. Good location. Thanks to Noema at Reception for checking me in early. Thanks to Room Service and the lovely personalized welcome note with pastries. Such gestures make a difference, and we, the guests, truly appreciate it. Special thanks to Elena at breakfast.
Disliked: Breakfast variety could be improved. More cheese options, olives, more bread options.

Liked: Great room that was large and comfortable. Great location for my meetings.First time I can recall where the room service was massively better than expected - the pansa being superb. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: Not cheap but nice.

Liked: This hotel was absolutely fantastic! We loved the amenities, size of the room, balcony, friendly staff, wonderful welcome drink and cleanliness. The gym is small but has everything you need (two treadmills, a bike, weights, etc.) Really enjoyed the entire experience.
Disliked: The only issue we had was that the room across from us was the storage room for facilities so we heard them go in and out often. But not a huge issue for us since we weren't in the room too often.
